Extract damaged screws easily with the Universal Tool Damaged Screw Extractor Set!
This set comes with 4 drill bits, each with a shank size of 3/8" that can be used with a reverse driver variable speed drill to extract damaged screws. They are constructed of stainless steel and have 63-65 bit hardness. They come in 4 assorted sizes - 1 through 4.
These are very simple to use. First you need to locate a threaded or damaged crew head, and then with the drill in reverse drive, use side 1 to create a smooth cavity within the damaged head. With the drill still in reverse drive, insert side 2 into the cavity and begin to extract the screw. Make sure to grab a set of these to keep in your toolbox, workshop or shed!
